The splendour of nature surrounds us in this secluded area of heaven, and we rediscover the pleasures of the straightforward.
There are some lucky people who, as the first warm weather approaches, are able to leave the city before everyone else and seek refuge in a tranquil garden's coolness, where the contact with the odours of the land and nature helps them regain their composure. We feel the summer approaching as we stroll through the fragrant scents at dusk in the comforting silence that only loved places surrounded by greenery can offer. Childhood memories of picking vegetables with our grandparents and playing hide-and-seek behind the trees come flooding back as we are now reading an author's book, far from the chaos of the city we have left behind.
