    Numbuzin No.5 Vitamin Boosting Essential Toner is a nourishing face tonic water for special condition skin. This depigmenting toner has been specially formulated to restore vitality to dull and opaque skin, reducing annoying dark spots. No.5 Vitamin Boosting Essential Toner restores the skin's natural pH after cleansing and, thanks to its depigmenting active ingredients such as Niacinamide, Arbutin, liposomal Glutathione and Vitamin C, acts directly on discolouration such as sun spots, freckles and dark spots, lightening and evening out the complexion. Enriched with bisabolol, extracted from chamomile, it also offers calming, softening and antioxidant effects, acting on inflammation and preventing the formation of new spots. Its repairing and skin-protecting properties regenerate dry and chapped skin, leaving it visibly healthier and smoother.
