But what differentiates a normal facial toner from a Korean toner? We start from the assumption that it is not only the wording that changes, but also and above all the role. If the traditional facial toner is usually rich in alcohol and aims to refine cleansing and rebalance the pH of the skin, the Korean one represents the perfect bridge between the cleansing steps and those of hydration and skin treatment. The Korean toner, in fact, is to all intents and purposes the first moisturizing product that we will apply to the face during the course of the skincare routine!
This is the biggest revelation: the Korean toner has a moisturizing effect! If double cleansing is done using Korean cosmetics, there is no need to restore the skin's balance with toner.
