Fragonard

Fragonard makes simplicity an art and quality a rule. Created through centuries-old techniques and traditions among the boundless lavender fields of Provence and the citrus trees of the Côte d'Azur, Fragonard perfumes are characterized by the fresh top notes and floral bouquets typical of French fragrances, with a few surprising and out-of-the-ordinary exceptions.

Fragonard makes simplicity an art in each perfume. The best ingredients of the Provençal fields are combined with care and dedication, in order to always obtain the best possible result. The respect for the tradition of the best Provencal perfumery is elaborated every day since 1926, and each creation always is a masterpiece of modernity. All the fragrances make you savor the taste of delicacy and decoration of the southern coast of France. The combination created by Fragonard and refined style starts since the very first day to charm the tourists from all over Europe. Each person who passed through Grasse in the early years of the twentieth century spread and make great the name of the Fragonard house. On these foundations, in 1926 the Parfumerie Fragonard comes to life. The choice of the name of the famous painter from Grasse, Jean-Honoré Fragonard (1732-1806) is a tribute that Eugène Fuchs, founder of the maison, wanted to make to the city of Grasse. The welcome that the city gave him in such a familiar manner, as well as the refinement of the 18th century arts, left him astonished. So he wanted to reproduce this astonishment every day. It's called Fragonard.
