Meo Fusciuni Buio Extrait de Parfum is a unisex woody perfume. Smoky and powdery notes open the dimension of Buio Extrait de Parfum, an incense that holds centuries of stories, deep, mysterious and intimate, enriched by carrot seed powder and the dark essence of Cade. Within it, a heart of darkness welcomes osmanthus and peony, enveloped by notes of geranium and magnolia, protected by labdanum absolute and amber nuances. The base on which this narrative rests is composed of vetiver, patchouli, cedarwood and sandalwood, musk and leather. There are moments in life when we look back, as if to capture a moment with our minds. To leave a place forever is to carry memories with us, eternally. Buio Extrait de Parfum was conceived, created and assembled, listening at every stage to the albums Empty by Nils Frahm and Ende Neu by Einstürzende Neubauten. ‘There were days when my mind wandered, floating slowly through thoughts and memories, only to be swallowed up by time and become a prisoner of events. The first accord of this perfume was born from the meeting of Cade oil, carrot seeds, an enveloping incense, Cashmeran and Suederal. In that mix came the courage to transform the course of my thoughts, my existence, my life. During that time, while this fragrance was taking shape, I was reading texts on Shinto and listening to Nils Frahm. Each raw material was weighed with the necessary care, as if they were vital words to be chosen to tell something meaningful about my life to someone; it was my story, my path, shrouded in darkness.’
